MY PROFILE
My career as a psychologist began circa 14 years ago when I qualified as an Occupational Psychologist. As a 'stress management' specialist, my approach involves using change, transition and re/settlement strategies and techniques. Working with individuals, couples, families with children, employees, executives & organisations, my approach is holistic, involving a 360° appraisal of identified problems. Being a Chartered Psychologist all work practices are based on Best Practice and all interventions are behaviour-based.

Based near Salisbury, I see clients in Wilts, Dorset, Hants and London. I typically receive referrals from:
- individuals, couples, families with children
- GPs, Psychologists, Psychiatrists
- Head Teachers, School Medical staff
- Law Firms & Solicitors, Medico-Legal & Insurance companies
