All cancelled or missed appointments (less than 24 hours) incur a cancellation/missed appointment fee which is £65, unless otherwise stated. Thank you.

NB 2: Appointments: on rare occasions, emails sent by us regarding
appointments/booking information, can get lost/fail to be delivered. This is due
to system error/break down and is beyond our control. Such a force majeur
can lead to emails sent by us, not coming through to clients and this can lead to
appointment error. We are unable to take responsibility for such errors as their
cause lies beyond our control. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by
errors due to force majeur.
NB 3: When arranging for assessment or treatment, please be advised
that only a limited number of clinical hours are dedicated to 'health care/insurance'
clients/patients. Therefore, you may need to join a waiting list if you wish to access
assessment or sessions that are funded by a health care provider. Please advise us
during initial contact, if you wish to access health care or insurance supported
treatment. Thank you.
